1. Subscription Structure

Your first month is charged at a promotional rate of £10.00.

Each following month is charged at £20.00, with delivery included.

Charges recur automatically every month.
2. Minimum Commitment

A 3-month minimum term applies to all new subscriptions.

During the first 3 months, cancellations are not permitted.

After the minimum term ends, subscribers may:

Pause

Skip a month

Cancel at any time

4. Payments & Renewals

Payments are processed each month automatically using your saved payment method.

Failed payments will be retried automatically.

Updates to payment details must be made in the customer portal before renewal dates.
5. Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription products.

Introductory pricing is limited to one per customer.

If you cancel and later rejoin, your subscription will restart at the regular price.
6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we cannot offer:

7. Shipping

Delivery is included within the subscription price.

8. Cancelling or Pausing
After the 3-month minimum term, customers may cancel, skip, or pause via the customer portal.
