  • Standard Delivery – £3.50

    Free on orders over £30

    Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

    DPD Next Day Delivery – £6

    Orders placed by 11am Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

    Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same day. DPD Next Day Delivery aims to deliver the next working day; however, DPD does not guarantee this and delivery times can vary due to internal or external factors or delivery location.

  • UK-Only Delivery: Currently, we offer delivery exclusively within the UK, ensuring fast and reliable service.


    Processing Time Please note that current lead times for custom items are approximately 5-7 business days. If you require expedited processing, please get in touch with us via email at info@bertisa.uk before placing your order. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for expedited processing. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
